Mindfullness for All – Everyone welcome

Wind down on a summer evening with a gentle mindfulness session

The sessions start with relaxation and deep breath exercises to help you centre and focus on yourself and not the hustle and bustle of your day.  Each session will be based  on  one of our  senses along with the use of mindfulness cards, calm and centred discussion with the session ending with silent meditation followed by warm drinks and tasty snacks.

In 2019 Gabby qualified as a  Mindfulness Practitioner.  She  is keen to share the amazing health benefits of taking time out and living  ‘in the moment’.  She has created a series of mindfulness sessions to help complete beginners learn how to relax, breathe and reduce anxiety and stress in everyday situations.  Gabby’s short, calming sessions will help lift your mood and relax your body.
